Who referred you? If it was a broker, ask them why?

If it's just rate, there are better options. If it's not just rate, there's also probably better options. But if it's for a specific niche, it's possible they're just what you need.

Whats your goal? What are the reasons for you being 'referred' to this P&N Bank?

Its not just about experience with one particular lender, but more about the direction you are intending to take and why a particular lender suits your needs.

Well, we have approached ANZ and CBA for an IP loan. As we are currently working as expats overseas, we were given a lot of hesitations by the two banks. Our broker suggested P&N which might be more lenient from a documentation perspective. Serviceability wise we should be ok. Just that the big banks needed a lot more docs from our employers. Our employers here have hesitation telling too much about themselves.

So, for P&N, we would like to know how user-friendly from an investment loan perspective in particular overseas incomes. I have googled about reviews of their services and apparently there are some really good comments but there are also some quite negative ones:

    they are on my panel.

If Comm wont do the deal.................... id assume that P&N mightnt be a whole lot better.

P&N will lend to expats to 90 % lvr

a far as general banking and mortgages go, P&N are the same as all others - they have good and bad points.

show me a whine site that doesnt have a mix of review on ANY volume lender, and Id say its been doctored :)
