    Hi,

i have a prospect property in Oyster bay. However it says that the land is part of a coastal wetland or a littoral rainforest. Is there any risk for that? What are the pros and cons under these circumstances? Will it be hard to do renovation?

inputs also on the safety of the suburb being it hilly Or any inputs about the lifestyle in oysterbay are all welcome. Thank you!

How close to the waterway or bushland reserve is the land? You'd need to check if there are any site specific controls eg protected vegetation, acid sulphate soils, any items of aboriginal heritage significance and the like.
