Also, is Temple & Webster junk? Because that seems like a great price for a nice looking shower head.

Currently using one, I think they are great, and would recommend them.
I don't know anything about Temple & Webster, sorry.

I personally like it (feel luxurious with lots of water on top of my head), hubby dislikes it because he likes more water pressure. Solution is next to have both option installed.

I think your tenant will just need to deal with luxury.
Brand.... I have cheap brand (Methven) they work ok, you can always change it later :) You can also buy the pretty black one so from Ebay

Personally prefer the combo ones which also have a detachable shower head mounted on an adjustable rail. Pressure too low for my liking and the GF doesn't like the rain shower head because your hair gets wet (yes a first world problem for women apparently..) o_O

Yeah, I looked at those rose and rail systems. But I would like something more simple for tenants. Less moving parts for them to break.

True. I was thinking of the dodgy cartridges in the cheap taps but showers don't have those... :p

Also wanted the fix arm but bathtub is next to the shower so I pick cheap $30 handheld shower with rail

Looks good. Thanks. I agree about warranty. Bunnings are just around the corner.

    And they have snags :)

I spent the morning at Parkwood Plumbtec (and yes it's in Canningvale) but they were having 20-25% off quite a few things and were cheaper than Bunnings with many name brands.
I picked all the sanity ware for the Highgate townhouses.

I have a rain drencher at home in our ensuite and I absolutely love it. I love the way the water falls. It talks showing to the next level.

We had a double shower in our ensuite with two of the square rain heads. Eventually I replaced one with the removable smaller shower head as I needed more pressure. This one had no rail just a hose and the holder. It was great as it had the temperature and usage on it and was great for cleaning the shower.

These types of shower heads are very popular at the moment. Tenants and new home owners love them.

But don't discount installing a normal rain shower as well. Makes cleaning the shower so much easier, and not everyone likes drenching their head and prefer water running on to their chest/back.

Where possible try to install a combination. 1x rail shower and 1x overhead drencher. Preferably on separate mixers, but if cost is an issue get one on a shared mixer.
