    Hi all,

I am currently seeking a rental property in Richmond/ Abbotsford/ Fitzroy/ Fitzroy North and surrounding areas. This is proving a difficult task so I am looking at alternative ways to get into the market (i.e. here!) If you have an investment property and require an outstanding tenant then I think I could assist!

    1. I have an excellent tenant history of 3+ years with references. I use to lease a house privately off a landlord in Perth for 2 years until I moved to Melbourne
    2. I have an extremely stable income - I work in Property Valuation for National Australia Bank
    3. I am mature (30 years old), easy to communicate with, and will take excellent care of your property.

If you have anything available please do not hesitate to contact me - I can provide personal contact details through private messaging.

    Kind regards,

    Brose

I could think of worse tenants than a valuer. You could even bounce your thought off them ;)
