    Rubbing your crystal ball what do you see happening to prices in the nth west over the next few years. There are quite a few variables including threat of interest rate rises, credit tightening and negative market sentiment.

    What do you think will happen - hold for further slow steady gains or sell and cash in on profits before a long period of flat growth?
