    Any bizarre government department's decisions been made recently that make you want to take to the Minister's travel allowance or superannuation account with a pair of gardening shears?

    I saw this link while reading about how nice it is to be a teacher in Finland. Following on from last month's debacle of billing hundreds of Disability Support Pension recipients for alleged overpayments of their benefit, this appears to be another great example of Processes versus Service Delivery model:
