    I would highly doubt that it would be seen as a poor relation to either of those areas as none could be described as affluent or trendy. All 3 would be described as poor relations to say Mount Hawthorn, Leederville or North Perth, but not to each other.
    Higher end is struggling across all 3 suburbs for that reason. They aren't actually overly desirable in that bracket and are getting a haircut for that reason.

    Well I've lived in all 3 areas and I claim that none could be considered a poor relation to another.
    That is a more balanced opinion " I lived in Yokine, and family in Joondanna therefore they are better than the one adjoining them" :rolleyes:
