    Hi members,

    Could anyone recommend a good PM servicing Ormiston QLD, pls?

    I'm in the process of purchasing in the area, and can see that there is at least 12 different agencies offering PM services. LJ Hooker appear to have more properties than the others in the suburb, but certainly not by a landslide!

    Any feedback on rates, good and bad experiences will be most welcome.

    Not a common investor area- I'd say that explains the scant responses!

    To be clear to anyone else looking over this topic- Ormiston is in the Brisbane Bayside area surrounded by more well known areas like Wynnum, Redland Bay, Victoria Point, Mt Cotton, Capalaba, etc.
