    Looking at changing agents so would appreciate recommendations from those with IP's in Orange.

    I've been using Orange Real Estate for near 3 years. So far so good.

    I’ve heard good things about LJ Hooker from a friend with an IP there also. I’ve been using Raine & Horne for the past couple of years as they had the lease when I purchased. They’ve been ok but I may switch to LJ soon too. Seems to be a fair bit of staff turnover with R&H as I find I am talking to someone new every time something happens but that is probably similar to most.

    What happened with the one you were using ?

    I can't really say much about many of them, apart from the cheaper ones prob do no worse than the most expensive, and you know who to def not use...
