    Hi all, am a first home buyer, young 30's. Have all the incentives like FHLDS, FHSSS, FHOG, no stamp duty etc. available to me. Wondering if Oran Park/Austral is an ok place to get first home? Not sure how the demographics is like, internet looks good and macarthur square for shopping. I WFH so don't really need to commute to cbd much
