    Yeah. I provide cable unlimited internet. I also configured an expensive router to do IP reservation, mac address whitelist and bandwidth control so effectively everyone has their "own" internet so if one douche p2p like torrents it won't affect others.

    But I kept the 6 month of free netflix for myself... But I'm still gonna tax deduct the internet in full. But I guess you guys would think this is fraud and cry... why be as straight as an arrow when you can be badass?

    If it is such a concern for you, you could have a different service provider for each property. No confusion then!

    Instead of sending the masseuse to the tenants, perhaps send him/her straight to the auditor.

    lol@ you lucky one..... what I do not like is that the invoices have this sign $ followed by numbers, that alone *proves* they do not care about us.
