NSW Opinions on a property with drainage

    Hi all,

    May I know what your thoughts on a property that has drainage running along the fence like below please?

    It has total frontage 18m and around 16m excluding the drainage according to the agent. The total land size is around 700m2. I'm super noob and new to the market. I'm considering it as an IP and I have concerns about its ability to build a granny or duplex adn most important the future value for resale. Thank you all!
