    I just wanted to seek some input regarding this scheme. My older daughter has a colleague who has purchased an apartment via the scheme and has found it easy to navigate. Just thought I would check before we look further into it. Thanks in advance.

    I think a big downside was that you had to use Keystart to finance it. Plus the other income eligibility requirements.

    I did look at it recently to see if I was eligible and I don't think you are if you already own property.
