    If its generally for property investment purposes, adding the frills like gold taps and colorbond finishes, double vanities etc, they're probably not going to add much value to the rent you are going to achieve... if you're doing it as an owner occupier, fire away to your heart's content. But most organizations like this will have a full spec up.
