Onselling fully pre-sold project

    Hey all.

    We're about to embark on our first project, and are looking at contingencies should we not be able to get finance for construction.

    I'm wondering if anyone here has onsold a fully pre-sold project for a third party to deliver? Are there pitfalls with this approach we should be mindful of?

    We operate in the project marketing space so have a lot of confidence in being able to presell the project, but aren't 100% confidence we'll be able to get the finance to deliver.
