    Thanks everyone - we had around 30 people come in for the meetup.

    Probably a bit more COVID discussion than I would have liked - but it is kind of relevant given the potential impacts on the Sydney property market right now, especially if lockdowns drag on for a few months yet.

    Would be keen to hear any feedback on the format - this was intended to just be a general discussion kind of like what we have at a normal face-to-face meetup - rather than something more formal and structured, and I think we largely achieved that.

    Was the topic (Sydney property) too broad?

    Did people actually find the discussion interesting?

    What types of topics would people like to hear?

    I found it very interesting. As I am in NZ it was interesting to hear the experiences of members in Oz. Very similar to NZ with regard to business, meteoric rise in property prices and difficulty with obtaining funding. Also noted was the change in land zoning to enable high density housing both in Sydney and major cities in NZ.

    I have a plan for building some functionality where people can set reminders about meetups and receive an email and/or text message when its due to start, which should help with this issue.
