Yes, was great, once I sorted myself out. Apologies for the cats that kept interrupting.

It would be good to do another one. I'm not sure what the best approach is, however. It it better to do another 2/2.5 hour "general topic" session (for example: cashflow, or capital growth, even just "sharing your own property strategy"); or go specific into sub-topics in smaller, 1-hour sessions? (examples could be: 1hr dedicated to something like: granny flats, or REITs, or Cosmetic Reno, etc.?).

Broader topics will pull crowds but might not go specific on any one thing too much. Narrower topics might have smaller participation as not everyone will be interested in the same specific topic.

Keep an eye on the meetups forum:

Face to face meetings may start up again, and now that we have some experience in the online space, I for one am happy to see more of them.

Good point - could do a "main topic" core "discussion starter" and topic specific Q&A, followed by broader general banter/news/update and general Q&A.

I believe if it is left too broad then the conversations will go to places that would not interest everyone - I think short separate Zooms on specific topics would be ideal. Ideally also would be to have an agenda to follow that someone could come up with - just a few bullet points on what we want to cover; can always 'park' out-of-scope-items for a separate Zoom.

Good points. I had an agenda of sorts in this first one, I just bullet-pointed possible sub-topics but the general topic was so broad that you couldn't really go deep on many of them in general.

Maybe... the best approach could be to first take a poll on PropertyChat listing say 10 x specific-topic choices, and based on the highest votes (interest), I could run an online meetup on that topic. I'd then write out an agenda and paste it in the meeting-chat when I do upfront housekeeping and topic-setting.
