Online Online Meeting - Cash Flow Properties 20 Oct 7pm-9pm (AEDT Mel/Syd)

Hi folks,

Just gauging if there'd be interest to do a Zoom meet up (all national and international attendees welcome!) on the following topic:

Focus on cash flow from Residential Property Investment:
- Sharing stories from those focused on cash-flow moreso than capital growth
- Sharing tactics or even just ideas and sense-checking of ideas for cash flow
- Talking about cost minimization and/or economies of scale in residential property when focusing on improving your cash flow

My freebie Zoom account allows for a maximum of 100 attendees which is pretty good!

In terms of structure - there really isn't one! (I've used Zoom plenty, but never run a propertychat online meetup before!); but basically all voices will be audible at all times so the structure would simply be to sorta have one person speak at a time; others stay on mute until they wish to speak/answer/ask another person on the meeting a question - then unmute yourself. It's helpful to always show faces as facial nodding etc. can be effective as a non-audio means of recognising each other is understanding what's being said etc.

Also the first one I would keep to 2 hours- I was thinking a Wednesday or Thursday evening say 7pm-9pm (AEST timezone) so we can all gobble down dinner beforehand and be energised for the chat?

Hi everyone - seems like a lot of interest for Tuesday! I struggled to change this thread title after having set it; but I'm going to make this a Skype meeting/call instead of Zoom or Blue Jeans (due to duration and/or participant-volume restrictions by those providers).

@rld I won't record this one, no. My thought is that folks may mention things relating to their personal situation that they are comfortable speaking about in casual conversation on (but possibly not so comfortable in having a recording of it that could be shared around after, etc.). I've inboxed you the meeting ID anyway.

But if folks enjoy the meetup we can always run more of them in the future
