joined PC a year ago and just looking back a mile stone..learned a lot from here and also met a few nice and helpful people.. I like to think that the game changer was @Steven Ryan, awesome broker... and to overcome analysis paralysis... now after 4ips, the rest is the history... whatever the future holds... thank you all

Thank you all. I just posted it not to brag but hoping it would help somebody out there in analysis paralysis. I stumbled on Somersoft/PC while researching whether I should buy otp at parramatta; of course decided against it and ended up spending hours on PC, learnt about refinancing, tax tips and more. I spent 4-5 months asking questions here and there and finally decided to contact a broker with an investor mind. And yes I got that little push We already got a unit in western Sydney which was our ppor, now ip. We refinanced it for ip deposits. We have reasonably paid day jobs which helps with our servicibility. We are heavily leveraged though as we just started. We bought 2 in Brisbane early in the year and now in the process of buying 1 in Newcastle. We bought for a very long term hold and hope they would grow steadily. Yes we were late in the Sydney game but if we didn't act on, we were probably be the same as one year ago.. working day in and day out saving every penny to pay off ppor... Our next plan is to develop in Newcastle (not for 1-2 years) and pick up a Reno in Newcastle/somewhere once we save up more deposit. If somebody out there thinking should buy or shouldn't buy, just do it after DD and embrace whatever it comes next!
