Hi everyone, I have stumbled upon this forum by chance. I was researching the credentials of a company that educates investors ( for a fee) when Google landed me in Somersoft land. This then brought me to Property Chat. I am looking to buy my first IP but without knowledge I would never be comfortable enough to act. If anyone could point me towards literature, software or any other means to start my education it would be most appreciated. Off course I will be reading the posts on the forum whenever I can.
