    Harry Dent is the worst. There are better out there is far proven track records.

    Housing bubble yes.. housing bubble no... who really knows 100%? No one.

    Reality of the pension and what that will mean for your standard of living after working 50 years?

    Well that reality is clear and there is no escape.

    What all the pundits never, ever offer, are other solutions to avoid being dependant on a pension that is borderline poverty and will impact almost every aspect of your retired life.


    This is how I see it. Investing somewhat responsibly with property and at the same time even enduring bubbles, market dips, rental volatility, IR ups and downs etc, can in all likelihood STILL at the very least allow many to build up some wealth long term, to supplement their superannuation and make a huge difference to lifestyle options available when retiring.

    Me too. When I want more money I keep getting told 'no'. Maybe I need a better broker like the ones in the article ;)
