    It wouldn't hurt to consult with @RPI if you want/buy this property to see if it is still possible. Just because the existing owners found it not possible doesn't mean it is.

    If you like the property I wouldn't let the 2 titles worry you. Treat it as 1 and if anything has a possible upside in the future.
