    Hi all,

Just curious, if the company changes that you have your agreement with, do you have an agreement at all ?

For instance, you sign up with a brand name trading as, the company is ABC , then later you notice on some paperwork, the company has changed to XYZ

No idea if it was just a structural change or both owned by same person. Curious if it carries on.

    Yes you do
They are assigned to new agent name legally.

    It depends.

A contract could be assigned. But you would probably need to be notified if that was the case.

If it hasn't been assigned then your contract is with the previous company.

BTW, this is how some people collect debts. assign the loan agreement to stand over persons who then collect the debt.

Yeah, nah, these people can't seem to do much right at all lately, no notification sent to me, staff are the same mostly.

Part of the reason I ask, is they are trying all sorts of things on when I was thinking of bringing another place to them.
