    It's not only RE-scams ,i had the ATO ring me up an or so ago,Indian Lady working for the ATO telling me if i did not pay 14k plus interest the federal police would come around and arrest me,lucky i had the credit card out paying the rates bills ,there would be a lot of people falling for this trap,
    they seems to hang up real quick when you ask what clothes they are wearing..

    Scams aside, super high returns do seem to exist in developing countries. I've seen people in China and India, triple to quadruple their money in under 4 years.
    Double in a few months is not very unheard of.

    The down side is - you really need someone on the ground. With such high levels of corruption, you stand to loose it all.
