    hi All,

Would like to know how do I make offer with attaching a cheque?

What will happen if the offer either Accepted OR Rejected?

    Thx and regards,

    Ben

    Thanks Terry.

Then I should take the written offer and cheque back from the agent right?

What about giving 24hour for the vendor to decide, is it a good idea? How many days is reasonable?

That is up to you. If offer rejected you can ask for cheque back.

When I make a written offer (with cheque for 10%), I always stipulate that the offer is only open for 24 hours. Could extend longer (2 days) if there are exceptional circumstances. Don’t see any benefit in not stipulating a timeframe and indeed a short timeframe.
