    Hi I bought townhouse Off the plan purchases in VIC and contract signed Feb 2015 .

    this will be an investment property and expected settlement date is Q3 2019

    Although this will be an IP , I just need to pay the stamp duty on land compenent only right ? this is under the old rule prior to July 2017
