Off the plan - pre settlement inspection (1B apartment)

    Hello everyone,

    I am a new member based in Perth and this is my first post.
    My off the plan apartment in East Perth is completed and been invited for a pre-settlement inspection.
    Can anyone recommend a building inspection company to do a pre-settlement inspection for a low density apartment (108 Bennett Street) in East Perth ?
    No pest nor structural inspection required. More to a basic building inspection (wiring/plumbing etc ) and also against the sales contract (measurements etc)

    Looking forward for some input .
