    Hi All,

I've just approached someone out of the blue about their property and they're keen on selling. The property isn't on the market and there are no agents or BAs involved.

I understand a conveyencer, agent or solicitor will need to be engaged by the vendor to write up the contract of sale and vendors statement to make it a legal sale.

Apart from doing my own due diligence and getting the contract of sale reviewed, is there anything else that needs to occur? What is the easiest way to approach an off-market sale? Any tips/hints would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Jacob
