    Hi all,
    I've frequented the old Somersoft forums on and off for a while, and have recently come across this forum. Originally I was after some information about building a duplex, which my wife and I were planning on doing with her sister. Well, that fell through but have since been interested in the property game.
    We own two units and are looking to upsize to a house/duplex/townhouse in the area. Will likely have to sell current PPOR to afford it. I certainly am not looking to own a huge portfolio at this point as I haven't done any research into investing. Possibly something to do in the future.
    Just wanted to say hi, this forum seems to be a really positive and helpful place with plenty of knowledge!
