He also followed the old testament , exactly as it is today. Yet Christians don't.

At least we can say "Wishing you are Prosperous New (Gregorian Calendar) Year" without offending or causing any controversy :D

We haven’t gotten home from our stay at Port Macquarie.

Tonight we are staying in our sky-home. The Body Corporate is running a party down at our Pavillion/pool.

I had to go to Dan Murphys this morning as I had exhausted my Christmas shiraz allowance down at PM.

I was able to find a few young wines at a reasonable price, all 2012.

I'm home alone today and for next 10 days while family is overseas. Saw a client this morning and had to work on his matter. Exhausted but happy with the retainer. On most NYE, it's quiet for me. A movie or a book and go to bed early. You guys have a blast!

I enjoyed this over several hours this afternoon ... my father's beer mug which holds a full long neck (gosh they're hard to find nowadays) ... not used since he passed over 30 years ago

Okay ... I didn't make it right to the bottom ... and pondering whether to break out the champers while we do nothing at home ... still 40 at 7pm

DH has man flu so it's going to be very quiet here. The kids are enjoying saying:

"see you tomorrow, see you next year, see you next decade"

Cheers @Sackie same to you mate! All the best for the new year sounds like that’s boat party will leave you with a decent hangover

I just finished cooking a roast with all trimmings for extended family, currently on my second bottle of red (hibiki 12yr is about to be opened)

it’s a 150m walk to the Brisbane river front from my home so will be watching and hopefully remembering the epic amount of fireworks they are about to blow!

Happy new year all thanks for the help and learnings in 2019, here’s to a decent year in property in 2020.. I need it to pay for this bottle.

Although the fires aren't too close to us in Queanbeyan, just outside the ACT, the smoke is now as bad as it has been, after a brief respite.

There's a possibility that all our communications will be cut, along with those along the burnt out south NSW coast. No information at a time like.this would hurt.

We won't be going anywhere to celebrate tonight in the circumstances.
