Am wondering if anyone has experience with these suburbs. I will be up there in October to have a looksie but wanted to see if anyone has any property here and/or opinions on the best parts of either suburbs and what to look out for. I want to focus on a 3 bed 2 bath townhouse, budget will be around 500k possibly a little higher if I need to.

Clayfield is much nicer than Nundah.

I don't think $500k will go far in Clayfield. Maybe an older TH or renovated unit.
You might be ok in Nundah on that budget but there's a lot of unit and TH stock already so look for something that stands out as a bit different. Avoid Melton road. Look for a boutique block.
Maybe consider Northgate, Albion, Windsor, Wilston and Gordon Park as well.

Thanks Angel. Yeah I know it is, but I think I will struggle to get into the market there on my budget.
