NSW Tiling warranty certificate

    Recently tiler finished tiling kitchen, dining hall and bedroom at my place. As committed, he has given 7 years warranty but it's on excel sheet written as attached pic. Is it sufficient to go back to him if something goes wrong.

    Any advise on this pls. I am paying inovice to the tiler this morning so thinking of its ok to pay full payment with the warranty on invoice.

    Ensure the tiler is licensed (may be too late) and the contractors name and abn are on the invoice and i would think you will be ok unless the scope of works involves a certifier who may want a certificate of compliance depending on the works undertaken. edit...Job address should be on invoice as well

    Yes, he is licensed tiler and received an invoice for the job. Called Fair trading,they said that invoice with warranty information is enough for the works below $5k.
