    A friend has asked me for strata lawyer recommendations.

    I have never had to deal with any.

    Do you have any recommendations?

    Michael Teys at Block Strata. Recommended him for one of my clients and he has been great.

    Michael Teys is a host on 'Your money, your call' pretty regularly. He's written a book on strata issues. He sounds very switched on and knowledgable.
