In my travels I came across this:-

Renewing the Strata Manager's contract? - Young Strata

and thought it would be very useful for our NSW strata dwellers, so one would assume that any strata manager in NSW (worth his or her bonus) will be approaching a big number of Executive Committee members with the "certainty" angle in getting the new 3 Year Agreement across the line.

The 3 Year "Certainty" Agreement seems so similar to all the recent electricity and gas companies suddenly getting all concerned and excited about their customers in the same manner, given rising churn rates, whereas previously their care factor felt like it was close to zero.

Disclaimer: I have been in living in NSW strata for many years and have no association with this company.

In my experience, I have dealt with many that (certifiably) should be part of an association like (and I don't mean the ad...):-

So feel free to forward this PropChat link to any of your NSW EC associates if you feel it could be helpful in repelling the oncoming onslaught...
