    Did anyone have experience with NSW Realty for renting out house in Merrylands?? I couldn't find any topics with a recommended PM for Merrylands area. Any comments would be great, thank you

    Starr Partners Merrylands has managed my property in Merrylands for 3 years now. My experience with them has been good in the following aspect :

    * Respond to email and phonecall within one day
    * Quotes for repair and maintenance is reasonable
    * Have someone taking over the role if the PM is on holiday
    * No issue with choice of tenants so far
    * 5.5% commission
