Ever wished you could redo your choice of property ownership in NSW ?

My old mate and former boss, Chris Batten has been working away on this one for some time and has achieved some past outcomes that can sometimes (!!) be repeated so that restructuring of NSW property can be done without stamp duty. The catch...Of course there is one. Or two.

    1. Its complex, hence not cheap; and
    2. CGT may be triggered.

A word of warning - MGS Private doesn't deal direct with taxpayers

I suspect these strategies may take on enhanced importance in the future with matters like non-resident surcharge duty and the ALP proposal to impose minimum 30% tax rate on disc trust etc as well as the broader ALP push to curtail some neg gearing.
