[NSW] New Employment zones replace Business and Industrial zones

Was attending an info session on the draft LEP at my local council and came across this. Was news to me - it’s new zones affecting commercial and industrial properties across NSW. Comes into effect late 2022.

It would be really nice to have an “explain like I’m 5” of what changes would actually apply, or is it just a different zone naming scheme?
