NSW Housing and data providers

Hi All,

Seems APM has a lot of entries of "the proprietors"

I have seen this on company owned lots, subdivisions, but I also suspect for some reason NSW housing may fall under this name a lot.

Have you noticed this ?

Are other data providers better ?

Anyone with reliable data that names NSW Housing owned property (short of calling them, which is probably best).

 

Do you mean Dept of Housing? When I had RP Data, Housing NSW, Dept of Housing and several other names were used.

 

Yes, Dept of Housing, who use a few names over the years.

APM seems like does not list them most of the time in place I was looking in NSW.

 

Could also be Her Majesty, Betty Windsor ATF The Crown or plenty of others.

NSW early retirement scheme
NSW no need to work scheme
HRH gratis motel

Seems "the proprietors" is what a lot of places have, I am wondering how I can have mine show up as "the proprietors" someone knows how to have names suppressed.
