    I suppose if you get mainly Canberran guests, you'll be ok. I don't know how any other guests you'll get, maybe the odd Sydneysider too.

    My own Airbnb (basically at Redfern), I was getting a mix of interstate travellers and overseas guests... none of this travel is happening atm. Interstate may open up soonish, but that's the minority of my guests. And a lot would stay related the the nearby university... (students, teachers, parents, family), that's not happening now either.
