Looking at a property on a couple of acres lot, 30m+ frontage but it's quite long. The first 1/8 of the acreage is where the actual house is in but the rest of the area is just full of trees. Some of the LEP's I've found online suggested at most I can split the block into 2 halves instead of battle axing it.

What's the chance of turning it into holding and hoping it will be another Kellyville/Schofields?

Depends on what plans that the council has for the area. Have any proposals been put on display?

Haven't found any proposals online but will give the council a call. What I've managed to find it's 2 acres minimum per subdividable lots which makes the effort far exceed the benefits.
