Hi, Wondering if anybody here has had an exclusive use bylaw drawn up in a NSW strata property. I found the 15CB document and info on the LPI site: How is a new by-law for a Strata Scheme created? - Land and Property Information But does anybody have experience in writing a bylaw like this themselves? I want to install a double glazed window in a strata property and the Strata manager said that's the way to go. It needs to say something along the lines of the lot owner is solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the new (non original) window in the future. I know I could pay a lawyer type to do it but I would like to explore this option first.
