    Hello,
    I am looking for information about NSW Councils' requirements for Portable Relocatable Granny Flat/Cabin. Somebody told they do not considering as first class dwellings and have less council requirements.
    I am talking about units with Electricity, Bathroom, Kitchen that can be put on a foundation using crane and conected to the council serrvices
    Please kindly clarify what are the councils’ requirements and if private certifier required for such units please?
