    Hi all,
Was after people’s thoughts on the NSW central coast... more particularly around the Erina, Green Point, Kincumber areas in terms of medium to long term CG.

I understand the area has has a decent run of growth in recent years but how sustainable future growth would be. Have found a property with dual income that would make neutral to slightly positive cashflow in low $600s

Unemployment on the coast is a continued issue, but plenty going for it in terms of affordability and lifestyle. Proximity to Sydney will improve with infrastructure projects in place come 2019 (NorthConnex the big one).

There has been some good press lately with some govt investment on Mann St for new offices. IIRC.

The Central Coast is massive and every suburb differs greatly. There are some great investment opportunities in the 2250 postcode and surrounds - if you have found something with positive cashflow, I think you're onto a winner!

Happy to chat if you want to chat about other areas.
