    Hi experts

    What are good locations in NSW to buy an apartment to avail the FHB benefits? This limits the choice to new apartments, and is often not the best for capital gains.
    Realize high rises are ones to avoid.

    However, if you were to buy under this criteria, which location(s) would you consider?
    Newcastle or Central Coast perhaps?
    Our goal is to have capital appreciation in 10y and not having tenant vacancy in future; as we will convert this to an IP later down the line.
