Hi, Are there any accountants here who specialise in NRAS and can provide specific advice. The situation is that there is a Disc Trust which is entitled to the NRAS incentives, however, the trusts net income is negative (due to the depreciation expenses). It appears that the NRAS can not be distributed. How can the NRAS be claimed in such a situation? National rental affordability scheme - refundable tax offset and other taxation issues Thanks
