NRAS Renting Time for Units in Perth

hello Team,

if any of you can give me a idea of how long it takes and the demand for a 2 bed 2 bath 2 carpark unit in or around Leederville / North Perth ? with NRAS

any input appreciated

 

Going to depend on how much rent you are asking and the time of year you are looking for a tenant.

Rents have dropped so the market rental could be about the same as the last rental valuation (depending when it was done) so you may need to discount further to make it attractive (if it is advertised at the same price as the current market you will struggle as it is more hassle for tenants to apply for compared to a normal rental).

 

Had a friend with one in Bassendean that took months. Wish I could have helped him with it!

 

Lucky the 10k pa pays the holding cost while vacant then!

does it mean lets say in the case below

188 Loftus Street North Perth WA 6006 - Apartment for Rent #419691078 - realestate.com.au
if i have a NRAS unit exactly the same listed at say 395 or so a week NRAS it should lease in 4-6 weeks time given perth market ?

 

I have one Gosnells (not really North Perth), but only took 1.5 weeks to rent.
