Hi All, I'm a newbie at property investing. Found SS forum by chance while doing some reference checking. So glad to be here at the start. My partner and I on the cusp of making our first IP purchase after some financial setbacks. We had purchased before unwisely an sold unwisely. We had at that time very limited knowledge and done no due diligence apart from making the property purchase as we were working and living abroad. But have learnt and moved on. Spent more time, educating ourselves and getting market ready. So this time a little older and a lot wiser (I hope), will be the beginning of our property investing adventure.
