    Hi guys, I am currently looking at a property which have multiple units on a single title. Are these sort of properties good IPs? Anything in particular to look for while doing DD? Also i just had a look, the single houses on a similar land size in same suburb sell for less that the asking price for this particular property i am looking for. The rental return is 5.2% and there is a future development potential as there are few LMR properties around this property which are multiple units.
