    Hi All
    Where do people currently see value in the Northern Beaches? Looking at buying an IP this year 2 bed apartment is our preference around the 500-550k mark.
    There is a lot of new stock coming in places like Dee Why so perhaps best to avoid buying there, although I grew up in the area I have not resided there in a long time so would love some advice from people on the ground :) also wondering if people think prices have stabilised or will we see further reductions....clearance rate was markedly high over the weekend but I suppose we need to see this for a month + consecutively to take anything from it.....

    I would have thought so to, but I had my eye on a 2bdr apartment in Narrabeen and it just went for 600k more than asking sold pre-auction, are people just getting ridiculous loans because money is now cheap?
