Hi All Where do people currently see value in the Northern Beaches? Looking at buying an IP this year 2 bed apartment is our preference around the 500-550k mark. There is a lot of new stock coming in places like Dee Why so perhaps best to avoid buying there, although I grew up in the area I have not resided there in a long time so would love some advice from people on the ground also wondering if people think prices have stabilised or will we see further reductions....clearance rate was markedly high over the weekend but I suppose we need to see this for a month + consecutively to take anything from it.....

I would have thought so to, but I had my eye on a 2bdr apartment in Narrabeen and it just went for 600k more than asking sold pre-auction, are people just getting ridiculous loans because money is now cheap?
