    Hi

This White Paper policy was recently released by Tony Abbott in Cairns. I'm putting it here as an investor resource because it gives a good picture of the existing infrastructure, facilities, transport links, mines etc. across the North. It also gives an insight into the existing economic strengths of the region, as well as the current Government's plans for potential future investment & development.

    Cheers

thanks. need to add that to the reading list!
i'm not to familiar with it but interested to see the plans, is the "food bowl" they were talking about still on the cards?

what about the bradfield scheme?? where they would pipe water from the main rivers around tully and others and then pump the water over or under the range then eventually filter down through qld. its been in the too hard basket for 70 odd years i think!
